What data we process

This website has no user accounts or analytics. Browsing it gives us no personal data about you.

Opening notice: if you leave your name, email and, optionally, phone number, we use them only to tell you when we open. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. We delete them once we have sent the notice or after 12 months at the latest.

Work with us: if you send us your application, we use the details you give us (name, specialty, contact details, CV link and message) to assess it and contact you. The legal basis is your request to take part in a recruitment process (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). We keep them for 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Please do not use the forms to share health information.

Health data

Health data is processed at the clinic to provide you with medical care (Art. 9.2.h GDPR) and kept in your medical record for the periods required by Spanish Law 41/2002 and Andalusian regulations.

Who receives it

We do not share your data with third parties unless the law requires it.

Providers involved: Hostinger International Ltd. hosts this website on servers in the European Union; Google (Google Ireland Ltd.) receives and stores form messages in our email account. Google may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to sierrablancaclinic@gmail.com or to our postal address, with proof of identity.

If you feel your request was not handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
